Ruth Ellen Heaton is a recognized thought leader and strategist with 25 years of experience driving practical business transformation across Fortune 500 companies and mid-market firms. Her cross-sector expertise spans technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, healthcare, telecom, federal government, public safety, travel, and more.

Ruth Ellen is known for aligning strategy to execution with a people-first mindset. Her expertise includes bridging the gap between business and technology teams, leading change with emotional intelligence, and helping organizations rapidly test and validate innovative ideas.

She holds a Prosci Change Management Certification, Prosci Certifiedan AI Business Strategy Certificate from Johns Hopkins University, JohnsHopkins AI Business Strategy Certificate
and is a proud graduate of  Texas A&M University Texas A&M University.

She is also an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP Global).
