About Our Founder
Ruth Ellen Heaton brings 30 years of leadership experience working for and with clients across Fortune-rated enterprises and mid-market firms in sectors including technology, telecom, cybersecurity, SaaS, healthcare, travel, real estate, federal government, public safety, and media.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ruth Ellen is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and is currently pursuing the AI Business Strategy Certificate from Johns Hopkins University. Her career spans cross-functional domains including Customer Success, Sales Support, New Product Introduction, Professional Services, Project Management, Go-To-Market (GTM), Technology Consulting, Market Intelligence and Operations.
Ruth Ellen is known for her ability to align teams, bridge business and technology priorities, and drive strategy into execution. She also contributes her leadership to the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation (Regional Leadership Board) and the League of Women Voters, Richardson Chapter.
